In 2009 the Women in Bodywork Business Blog was launched and Jenn was asked to be part of it. Alongside seven top women in the industry, Jenn blogs on a regular basis, informing readers about practice management, industry standards and all things business.

Contributions and revision advice were offered by Jenn for the second edition of the textbook, The Business of Massage, published by the American Massage Therapy Association, 2009. Considered to be an expert in the field, Jenn was sought out to edit several chapters of this textbook.

Jenn served as part of the international faculty for the World Massage Conference. A virtual conference available around the world, this technology brought education to a new level.

Jenn continues to further her area of expertise whenever possible. To that end, Jenn has volunteered for the American Massage Therapy Association at the local, state and national level. Unit Chair of Long Island/New York City, NYS newsletter committee, state delegate and peer review workgroup member for the House of Delegates are some of the positions Jenn has held. In 2007 Jenn was the recipient of the National Meritorious Award.

Jenn contributes to the massage industry through her writings in professional journals. Trade journals around the world, as well as at the National and local level, publish her articles on a regular basis.

Jenn served as faculty member of Massage Business University. Her contributions were among the first, jump starting this venue as a resource for professionals.

Jenn served as an online educator, offering a class in Practice Management for Cortiva Institute. The class appeared for Cortiva Online students enrolled in the massage therapy program around the country. This was especially exciting as this new venue was considered cutting edge technology at the time.
